Took my truck into Crowfoot Dodge for a regular service my new service advisor, John Was great did a fantastic job. I must say that I was somewhat frustrated trying to book my service as it took several calls just to get through. I was actually on hold for over 10 minutes at one point, but after that everything went smooth.

Edit: The General Manager Hanbo Li was very gracious and empathetic to the situation. It’s clear to me that he runs a tight ship and was disappointed that a situation like this occurred. He went out of his way to rectify the situation and I am now a satisfied customer.

Bought a 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee Limited here six months ago. I live in a different city so I bought it site unseen and had it delivered. They told me about all of the numerous things that they had done to the vehicle and upon receiving it, there were some scratches and nicks on it that are to be expected with a used car, but the wheels on the vehicle are absolutely ridiculous. They are so corroded that you cannot seal a bead on the tires. I have had to have the tires re-mounted six different times since I bought it six months ago. Upon delivery, the tire light was on, they made me sign off on a multi point inspection that they didn’t even provide me a copy of and now I have a vehicle with rotten rims, and the tires will not hold air. I understand it’s a used car and most of the time there will be some kind of plausible deniability, but they put a brand new tires on it before I bought it so they absolutely knew what kind of condition the wheels were in.

My husband and I recently purchased a new truck and jeep from here. The service has been really great and super Friendly. They always have some kind of excitement going on for customers (games, draws or celebrations for whatever their theme is).
Their sales manager Kaeden is a friendly, pleasant guy. He'll make sure you're taken care of when you visit. Their finance team was nice and no pressure for extras. We recently had our truck serviced for recalls and oil change. It was an easy process and our service advisor seemed like a decent guy.

This dealership was SO MUCH better than the other 5 we went to beforehand, while shopping for new vehicles. Would definitely recommend. They go above and beyond for customers and make it seem like it's just their every day normal way to do things.
