Went into crowfoot dodge to look at a couple trucks I had found online. Was greeted by Raymond Wong outside. Showed him the couple trucks I wanted to see, and we had a good chat while he was locating them. When he brought them both over, I was pleasantly surprised by one in particular. I had decided(with the wife’s blessing) that I wanted one of the two. I told Raymond I wanted to drive home in it that day, and he made it happen. A few hours later, a new truck at home, and a happy customer. I’m sure the other sales reps are great, but Raymond has been exceptional to deal with. I highly recommend going to see him to purchase a vehicle.

After I posted my original review, Hanbo, the dealership owner, personally reached out to me to make things right. He explained that the finance staff involved in my transaction is no longer with the dealership and sincerely listened to my feedback about both the financing issue and my sales experience.

What impressed me most was that he didn’t just apologize, he took action. He met with me in person, reimbursed the interest I had been charged, and even gave me a small gift as a gesture of goodwill. More importantly, he showed genuine care about the customer experience and took full ownership of resolving the situation.

To me, it’s not about a business never making mistakes, it’s about how they respond when something goes wrong. Hanbo demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a real commitment to customer satisfaction.

Because of the way he handled this, I’m updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars. If you’re visiting this dealership, I highly recommend asking to speak with Hanbo. He’s friendly, approachable, and truly wants every customer to have a positive experience.

I purchased a brand-new Jeep from this dealership and the experience was disappointing from start to finish.

The salesperson was unprofessional and made me feel like I was buying a lawn mower rather than making a major vehicle purchase. There was very little effort to provide a positive customer experience.

The bigger issue came after the sale. I was told that the financing was interest-free for 90 days. I paid the loan in full three days before the due date, yet TD still charged me approximately $80 in interest when the loan was closed.

I contacted the dealership in April and was told they needed to speak with their TD representative. It is now June, and despite multiple follow-ups from me, I have received no resolution, no update, and no meaningful communication.

At this point, I am done chasing them. I will be filing a formal complaint with TD and pursuing the matter further. Customer service should not end the moment the vehicle is sold.

I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience

Ahmed at Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was a SUPERIOR service person who assisted me. I had purchased a vehicle from a sister company in Edmonton. Not only did they complete the ‘out of province’ inspection on my SUV, there was no detailing done on the vehicle. Ahmed went a step above to arrange for both services to be done. He arranged Ubers for me and kept me advised throughout the day as to timing of the services. I give him a 12 out of 10 for all his attention and handling of my situation.

We have been customers of Crowfoot Dodge for about 20 years. From used vehicles to brand new, we've always had positive experiences. Unfortunately my latest vehicle died, so I visited their website to see what was in stock. My vehicle history was four Grand Caravans, and we still required the versatility of a van. Checking out the deals, the Pacifica's were on sale for almost the same price as the Grand Caravans. It was a no brainer. Sally in service set me up with the salesperson Yuliia. She contacted me immediately and we set up an appointment for that day. I had done my research, so it was just a matter of viewing the vehicle, taking a test drive, and coordinating the purchase. Yuliia was very enthusiastic and listened to what I needed and wanted in a vehicle. The negotiation was smooth and I felt happy with the details. The paperwork was completed, Yuliia went over all the bells and whistles and I drove home my new vehicle with no issues.

Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went above and beyond to get us into a 2026 Ram 1500 Sport. Their team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive to every detail. A truly exceptional experience—highly recommend!

I recently purchased a Chrysler Pacifica here and appreciated the highly professional, no-nonsense approach of the team.

Our salesperson, Ryan, was exceptionally thorough. He provided detailed answers to all technical and pricing questions without any typical dealership pressure. His communication was patient and well-considered from start to finish, ensuring everything were handled efficiently. He even helped us put on our license plate with a screw driver!

The manager, Dave, was also straightforward and fair to deal with. He explained the additional product details clearly and maintained a transparent tone during finalization.

The transaction was smooth, and the Pacifica fits our family needs perfectly. If you value efficiency and clear communication, I highly recommend dealing with Ryan and Dave.

This five star review is for Glenn, their used car manager who hands down gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership or otherwise. Knowledgeable, highly responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

A big THANK-YOU to my Advisor - Rashelle and my Technician 100402 (apologies, I don't know his name). My 2019 Jeep Cherokee electrical system was drained by the battery and boosted but the electrical did not all automatically connect back per normal. No radio/AC/heat etc. I will eventually have to get a new radio system $$$$, but for now, by some miracle, they got it back up and working! Rashelle was wonderful in keeping me updated and what my options are. I've been a customer since 2018 and appreciate the upgrade in service since the new Management took over. Thanks Rashelle!

After buying 3 Mercedes vehicles from Hyatt, to be honest the service was just as good, if not better - very attentive - no pressure

Ray was also great helping us with the car when it arrived - all and all very very impressed with the service and the vehicle

I recently purchased a 2025 Ram 3500 that was in like new condition. The experience was smooth from start to finish. I live in Ontario, and bought the truck without seeing it in person as it was exactly what I was looking for. Everything was as described, and no issues at all. Max sent me a detailed personalized video of the vehicle as I wasn't able to see it in person before I closed the deal. Glenn, the Manager was very helpful arranging delivery and helping with a few extra requests that I had. Mark in the Finance department was easy to deal with and was very helpful answering the tax and registration questions I had given i was an out of province buyer. Overall great experience.
