I really liked it but no color choices

Bought our 2025 Pacifica at Crowfoot last year.. great experience... went in for some regular maintenance and recall yesterday... more of the same excellent treatment! There's a reason I drive from Mahogany SE to get my work done at Crowfoot. The staff there are super nice, including Trevor and Sally in service who helped me out with this warranty recall. Genuinely good folks going out of there way to make sure our experience is great! Turnover time as promised... great communication... no hassles.. no unexpected surprises... courtesy shuttle service... easy peasy. 4 Thumbs up!!!

Had the best tire quote around and great service. Ahmed also got my one broken mudflap replaced free under warranty, when I was expecting to have to pay $250 for it

Dealt with Trevor at Crowfoot Dodge and was blown away with the service. They accommodated us quickly and helped us fix our Durango in a timely matter that worked for us. Trevor worked with the 3rd party warranty company to make sure our repair was covered and dealt with issues that came up. I had an excellent experience with the service department at Crowfoot Dodge, and can’t say enough good things about Rashelle, my service advisor. From the very beginning, she was absolutely amazing. I’m genuinely thankful that I had the opportunity to work with her. As a female, it was especially wonderful to have another female as my service advisor. Rashelle was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and had the best sense of humour! She kept me updated every day on the progress of my vehicle, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I always felt informed and like my concerns were being taken seriously. Rashelle went out of her way to make my experience so positive and I’m so grateful! I also want to recognize Mike, the service manager, who was fantastic. He was extremely patient, understanding, and took the time to work through the issues and concerns I had with my vehicle. He went above and beyond to help address my concerns and made me feel heard throughout the process. Both Rashelle and Mike provided exceptional customer service, and they are a huge credit to the Dodge Crowfoot service department. I’m very happy with my overall experience and would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Went into crowfoot dodge to look at a couple trucks I had found online. Was greeted by Raymond Wong outside. Showed him the couple trucks I wanted to see, and we had a good chat while he was locating them. When he brought them both over, I was pleasantly surprised by one in particular. I had decided(with the wife’s blessing) that I wanted one of the two. I told Raymond I wanted to drive home in it that day, and he made it happen. A few hours later, a new truck at home, and a happy customer. I’m sure the other sales reps are great, but Raymond has been exceptional to deal with. I highly recommend going to see him to purchase a vehicle.

After I posted my original review, Hanbo, the dealership owner, personally reached out to me to make things right. He explained that the finance staff involved in my transaction is no longer with the dealership and sincerely listened to my feedback about both the financing issue and my sales experience. What impressed me most was that he didn’t just apologize, he took action. He met with me in person, reimbursed the interest I had been charged, and even gave me a small gift as a gesture of goodwill. More importantly, he showed genuine care about the customer experience and took full ownership of resolving the situation. To me, it’s not about a business never making mistakes, it’s about how they respond when something goes wrong. Hanbo demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a real commitment to customer satisfaction. Because of the way he handled this, I’m updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars. If you’re visiting this dealership, I highly recommend asking to speak with Hanbo. He’s friendly, approachable, and truly wants every customer to have a positive experience. Original Review: I purchased a brand-new Jeep from this dealership and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The salesperson was unprofessional and made me feel like I was buying a lawn mower rather than making a major vehicle purchase. There was very little effort to provide a positive customer experience. The bigger issue came after the sale. I was told that the financing was interest-free for 90 days. I paid the loan in full three days before the due date, yet TD still charged me approximately $80 in interest when the loan was closed. I contacted the dealership in April and was told they needed to speak with their TD representative. It is now June, and despite multiple follow-ups from me, I have received no resolution, no update, and no meaningful communication. At this point, I am done chasing them. I will be filing a formal complaint with TD and pursuing the matter further. Customer service should not end the moment the vehicle is sold. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience
