Our salesperson, Ryan, was exceptionally thorough. He provided detailed answers to all technical and pricing questions without any typical dealership pressure. His communication was patient and well-considered from start to finish, ensuring everything were handled efficiently. He even helped us put on our license plate with a screw driver!

The manager, Dave, was also straightforward and fair to deal with. He explained the additional product details clearly and maintained a transparent tone during finalization.

A big THANK-YOU to my Advisor - Rashelle and my Technician 100402 (apologies, I don't know his name). My 2019 Jeep Cherokee electrical system was drained by the battery and boosted but the electrical did not all automatically connect back per normal. No radio/AC/heat etc. I will eventually have to get a new radio system $$$$, but for now, by some miracle, they got it back up and working! Rashelle was wonderful in keeping me updated and what my options are. I've been a customer since 2018 and appreciate the upgrade in service since the new Management took over. Thanks Rashelle!

I recently purchased a 2025 Ram 3500 that was in like new condition. The experience was smooth from start to finish. I live in Ontario, and bought the truck without seeing it in person as it was exactly what I was looking for. Everything was as described, and no issues at all. Max sent me a detailed personalized video of the vehicle as I wasn't able to see it in person before I closed the deal. Glenn, the Manager was very helpful arranging delivery and helping with a few extra requests that I had. Mark in the Finance department was easy to deal with and was very helpful answering the tax and registration questions I had given i was an out of province buyer. Overall great experience.

Feeling extremely reluctant to purchase a used truck to replace my outdated 2006 Ram. These fears were immediately dismissed when talking with Glen Brown and his team.
He was very friendly and took the usual anxious negotiating banter completely out of the equation. Having a few concerns with the vehicle I was interested in Glen went well beyond my expectations to make it right and made it obvious to purchase my vehicle through him.

Although living the complete polar opposite side of the city my dealings with Crowfoot Dodge made the commute more than worthwhile.

I just want to express the amazing and utmost professional customer service that I just received at Crowfoot Dodge service centre. I operate a franchise and the business is dependent on our technicians attending customers homes and places of business. One of our service vans required maintenance and repairs. Amaan was my service advisor and he was so great. He understood how important it was for my business that the repair needed on my van be completed in a timely manner. The Crowfoot Dodge vehicle technician that Amaan had look at my vehicle was able to quickly diagnose, locate and properly repair the van. Amaan kept me updated and informed me which I was super grateful for and five stars for my entire experience with this place and customer service I received from them. I had such a great experience at crowfoot Chrysler dealership. The team were spectacular from the receptionist to the sale’s person.
