Highly recommend work with Yuille and TJ This is not our first time coming here, but this time we received amazing service from the start with new managers. A huge thank you to Yuille and TJ for making this deal happen! They worked with us with immense patience. Yuille was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all the features and compare options. She served us truly from the heart, staying in touch via calls and texts over two days. We were cross-shopping with another dealer, but we chose to buy here because of the outstanding care from Yuille and TJ. Unfortunately, our experience changed in the finance office. We worked with Hitesh, who stayed late after closing to help finish our paperwork, which we appreciated. We initially agreed to an extended warranty and "smart program" add-ons, paying for them directly on our credit card. However, when we decided to cancel the next morning,well within our rights,we were met with a very different attitude and told a flat-out falsehood: that the credit card payment could not be refunded and had to be applied to the car loan value instead because under bill of sale. Under Canadian law, if you pay for a service on a credit card and cancel it within the allowed window, you are entitled to a refund back to your original payment method. Rather than going through a bank credit card dispute, we accepted their credit adjustment because of how well the front-line team treated us. However, adding nearly $5k in unneeded packages and dealing with misleading cancellation information heavily affected our overall shopping experience. When he added additional package that we paid in full to the total car amount to increased the car value then GST then bi-weekly payment during term of loan(not sure if that’s fair).Bottom line: If you are shopping here, ask for Yuille or TJ,they are fantastic, patient, and genuine. Just be very cautious and know your rights when you step into the finance office at the end.

YULIIA! If you are on the market for a truck or car, please do yourself and go see Yuliia at Crowfoot Chrysler! I have purchased new vehicles a few times but thus was hands down the BEST experience I've ever had. She really and truly goes above and beyond. I've witnessed her stay back over 2 hours past closing time to wait for a customer that she already closed a deal for. Not to mention she came in on her day off just because she wanted to see us pick up our truck. Truly AMAZING! THANK YOU YULIIA!!!!! And of course we have to thank the man himself, Hitesh! Can’t syphon gas so someone decided to drill a hole in my tank. Thanks to the parts & maintenance service team for squeezing me in, finding a gas tank, and getting me on the road again. Trevor kept me informed of the options and progressed. Was more expensive than I expected, but I won 15% off paying their promotional game.

Where do I start! After a terrible & frustrating experience at another dealership, Austin Lorentz & Dave Herard restored my faith that you can be heard, actually get what you want, at a fair price and the service you deserve. We purchased what we were looking for, treated with kindness and respect. The buying process was fun, relaxed and friendly. The finance process was efficient and explained in detail. I purchased a vehicle here 15 years ago, another vehicle yesterday...we will be back. My daughters are overjoyed with their new ride! I really liked it but no color choices

Bought our 2025 Pacifica at Crowfoot last year.. great experience... went in for some regular maintenance and recall yesterday... more of the same excellent treatment! There's a reason I drive from Mahogany SE to get my work done at Crowfoot. The staff there are super nice, including Trevor and Sally in service who helped me out with this warranty recall. Genuinely good folks going out of there way to make sure our experience is great! Turnover time as promised... great communication... no hassles.. no unexpected surprises... courtesy shuttle service... easy peasy. 4 Thumbs up!!!

Had the best tire quote around and great service. Ahmed also got my one broken mudflap replaced free under warranty, when I was expecting to have to pay $250 for it

Dealt with Trevor at Crowfoot Dodge and was blown away with the service. They accommodated us quickly and helped us fix our Durango in a timely matter that worked for us. Trevor worked with the 3rd party warranty company to make sure our repair was covered and dealt with issues that came up.
