I just want to express the amazing and utmost professional customer service that I just received at Crowfoot Dodge service centre. I operate a franchise and the business is dependent on our technicians attending customers homes and places of business. One of our service vans required maintenance and repairs. Amaan was my service advisor and he was so great. He understood how important it was for my business that the repair needed on my van be completed in a timely manner. The Crowfoot Dodge vehicle technician that Amaan had look at my vehicle was able to quickly diagnose, locate and properly repair the van. Amaan kept me updated and informed me which I was super grateful for and five stars for my entire experience with this place and customer service I received from them. I had such a great experience at crowfoot Chrysler dealership. The team were spectacular from the receptionist to the sale’s person. A special thank you to Yulya and Dave ; they both were extremely helpful . They explained everything I needed to know in much details that my decision to purchase the wrangler sport s was based on knowledge and an abundance of detailed information. I recently purchased a used truck from Crowfoot Chrysler and had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and welcome by Yuliia who knew exactly which truck I was after, after mentioning a low kilometer truck I was interested. Yuliia was knowledgeable, helpful and made the process smooth. The entire team including Mike and Mark, made the experience easy and friendly. I may have made Mark redo the paperwork three or four times and he handled it professionally everytime, we even had a good laugh about it, which really speaks to the teams' attitude and patience.

I'm looking forward to returning for service visists. A fantastic experience and a dealership I would highly recommend.

Took my truck into Crowfoot Dodge for a regular service my new service advisor, John Was great did a fantastic job. I must say that I was somewhat frustrated trying to book my service as it took several calls just to get through. I was actually on hold for over 10 minutes at one point, but after that everything went smooth.

Edit: The General Manager Hanbo Li was very gracious and empathetic to the situation. It’s clear to me that he runs a tight ship and was disappointed that a situation like this occurred. He went out of his way to rectify the situation and I am now a satisfied customer.

Bought a 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee Limited here six months ago. I live in a different city so I bought it site unseen and had it delivered. They told me about all of the numerous things that they had done to the vehicle and upon receiving it, there were some scratches and nicks on it that are to be expected with a used car, but the wheels on the vehicle are absolutely ridiculous. They are so corroded that you cannot seal a bead on the tires. I have had to have the tires re-mounted six different times since I bought it six months ago. Upon delivery, the tire light was on, they made me sign off on a multi point inspection that they didn’t even provide me a copy of and now I have a vehicle with rotten rims, and the tires will not hold air. I understand it’s a used car and most of the time there will be some kind of plausible deniability, but they put a brand new tires on it before I bought it so they absolutely knew what kind of condition the wheels were in.
